日本1960年代，躁動影像在銀幕上紛飛閃現：迪斯可舞廳中的嬉皮、街頭抗爭的警民衝突、在日朝鮮人金嬉老行凶劫持事件的陰影、地下酷兒文化的浮現……。這些場景與新聞廣播的破碎聲景相互撞擊，凝縮成1968年社會騷動的感官物語。

本片於勅使河原宏經營的草月藝術中心首映，原以三台16毫米放映機同步投映，讓多組影像在同一銀幕上錯落交疊，激盪出迷亂的視聽風暴，打造超越時代的「擴延電影」。此片標誌松本俊夫從紀錄片邁向激進實驗影像的轉捩點，真實的跨性別者身影、挑釁的跳接蒙太奇，也預示了隔年《薔薇的葬禮》的華麗登場。

A landmark expanded-cinema installation first staged at the Sogetsu Art Center in 1968, its triple-projector spectacle layers discordant images into a single, flickering field. Hippies in discos, clashes between police and protesters, the Kwon Hyi-ro Incident, queer subcultures—fragments of a society on the brink collide in restless montage. The film marks Matsumoto's shift from avant-garde documentary toward a boldly experimental vision.

遊走1960年代東京地下同志圈的Eddie，在旅館與大叔縱情肉慾，也在變裝酒吧陪酒，與媽媽桑爭風吃醋。他夜晚沉溺於嬉皮迷幻派對，白日則在城市角落浮沉。當下感官刺激與年少記憶交錯閃回，血如噴泉的暴力鏡頭、諧謔的快轉影像接連出現，揭開Eddie在殘酷世界中尋找自我與歸屬的掙扎，妖嬈搬演酷兒版的伊底帕斯王悲劇。

本片大膽解構紀實與虛構、道德與禁忌、男與女的二元界限，將性少數的日常化為動盪年代的新秩序表徵，在叛逆的象徵語言下，逐一拆解身體、性別與家庭倫常框架。前衛形式與激進視角，為日本新浪潮的遺產留下不可抹滅的冶豔印記。

A transgressive work of the Japanese New Wave, this subversive, kaleidoscopic masterpiece dives into Tokyo's 1960s gay underground. It follows drag queen Eddie in a violent love triangle with reigning diva Leda and club owner Gonda. Blending documentary interviews, Oedipal tragedy, and avant-garde techniques, the film chronicles Eddie's rise, Leda's suicide, and a devastating twist of fate involving Gonda.
