樂少擔任「和聯勝」辦事人的任期將屆，他有意向元老們建議取消不能連任之規矩。此時，東莞仔和飛機等新一代欲爭逐上位，被看好的Jimmy仔卻只想做生意，婉拒鄧伯欽點。樂少煽動東莞仔等人對付Jimmy仔，又向鄧伯下毒手。Jimmy仔從公安廳警察得知，唯有當上社團之首和愛國，才能在大陸做生意，遂與樂少反目爭位。Jimmy仔變得愈發心狠手辣，順利登上大位，但真正的代價才悄然浮現。
