齊宣王巧遇夜叉山寨主鍾無艷，情投意合，海誓山盟。同樣鍾情無艷的狐狸精，示愛被拒，遂施以愛情咒令無艷臉上長出太田痣，把齊王嚇得拔腿就跑。為了接近無艷，狐狸精更化身夏迎春勾引齊王，成為新寵。迎春時男時女周旋於無艷與齊王之間，竟弄巧成拙同時愛上二人。無艷對齊王死心塌地，甘為國衝鋒陷陣。「有事鍾無艷，無事夏迎春」，齊王決斷難下，國運與愛情命懸一線。

擅長拍男人戲的杜琪峯，繼《東方三俠》後再拍女人戲，這次換上古裝喜劇，借梅艷芳、鄭秀文和張柏芝三代香港女星，搞出連串性別錯摸的嬉笑處境，反串再反串的情節，可堪玩味，是銀河映像作品中少見的劇種。
