韓國七〇年代民歌盛行，歌唱比賽常勝軍尹亨柱、宋昌植在首爾民歌聖地「C'est Si Bon」咖啡館駐唱，吸引眾多歌迷慕名前來。淳樸青年吳根泰和兩位音樂才子不打不相識，合組男子三重唱，並與繆斯女神閔子英譜出一段曲折綿長的戀曲。

韓戰後美軍駐紮，西方文化流傳並掀起民歌風潮。全片除男主角吳根泰為虛構角色外，片中歌手趙英男、製作人李章熙，以及曾於 C'est Si Bon 駐唱並組成「Twin Folio」的尹、宋二人均為真實人物。朴正熙威權統治下的髮禁、宵禁等社會束縛，壓抑不了流行文化的崛起和自我內在的覺醒，人們寄情於歌,唱出大時代的矜持與奔放。

C'est si bon was a popular acoustic lounge in Seoul during the 1960s and 1970s, where young Koreans gathered for live music. The film tells the fictional story of a male music group, inspired by the real folk duo Twin Folio. Naive country boy Geun-tae joins two musicians to form the trio. Their muse, Ja-young, falls for Geun-tae but leaves him for an acting career. Decades later, they reunite, uncovering secrets and memories overshadowed by the military dictatorship.
