The divorce of Xiao-tong and Xue-xue’s parents left a severe impact on them. Xiao-Tong finds sanctuary in the presence of his aunt, who tells fairy tales to the siblings. They come across the story of “Lai-Bao,” making Xiao-Tong believe that he can save his parents’ marriage by becoming the son of the Sea Dragon king.
