申請須知 Application Guidelines

1. 本計畫接受臺灣以外地區單位申請公開且非營利放映，不開放個人使用申請，每單位每年至多可申請精選影片5場次放映。
2. 本計畫可支援不同放映素材及規格，請於預計放映日期前30個工作天，確認放映影片及素材需求向臺灣電影工具箱提出申請。經審核後，本計畫會在有限預算下支援公播放映費用，並以本中心修復影片優先支援，超過5場次之放映需求，申請單位亦得選擇自費放映。
3. 申請DCP放映者，最多可支援各影片兩支KDM費用（包含放映和測試各一場）。如申請單位因放映影廳、場地更動或其他原因需開立額外的KDM，請自費負擔，也可協助申請單位與臺灣國內後製廠商聯繫。
4. 本計畫可視活動規模協助第二外語字幕翻譯或素材製作費用，如有相關需求，須於60天前確認，請盡早提出活動專題企劃，以利合作洽談。
5. 如申請實體素材放映，本計畫可支應單程運費；放映完成後，依議定日期及運送方式如期歸還。申請者須善盡影像素材保管責任，如有遺失情形，除須賠償製作費用 (註) 並簽立責任免除暨風險承擔協議書外，將停止6個月使用權利。
6. 申請使用單位需於宣傳品露出「國家電影及視聽文化中心」與「臺灣電影工具箱」聯名字樣或logo，並於活動結束15個工作天內繳交活動成果（包含但不限於活動照片、媒體露出及各場觀影人次）。若資料不齊全、或無故逾期繳回，將停止使用權利至完成繳交為止。
7. 本計畫所有影片除另有議定外，皆不得重製、散布、改作、剪輯、公開傳輸及電視頻道公開播送。

1. This project accepts applications from units outside of Taiwan for public and non-profit screenings and does not accept applications for personal use. Each unit allows up to 5 free screenings of the selected films per year.
2. This project can support different screening materials and specifications. Please confirm the screening film and material requirements and submit an application to Taiwan Cinema Tookit 30 working days before the expected screening date. After reviewing, this project will support public screening costs within a limited budget and give priority to films restored by Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute. If the need for more than 5 screenings is exceeded, the applicant may also choose to screen at its own expense.
3. Those who apply for DCP screenings can get support up to two KDM fees for each film (including one screening and one test). If the applicant needs to open additional KDM due to changes in theaters, venues, or other reasons, please pay for it at your own expense. We can also assist the applicant in contacting Taiwanese domestic post-production companies.
4. Depending on the scale of the event, this project will assist with a second foreign language subtitle translation or material production costs. If needed, they must be confirmed 60 days in advance. Please propose event planning as early as possible to facilitate cooperation negotiations.
5. If you apply for physical material screening, this plan can cover a one-way shipping fee. After the screening is completed, it will be returned as scheduled according to the agreed date and transportation method. Applicants must fulfill their responsibility for the storage of image materials. If there is any loss, in addition to compensating for the production costs (Note) and signing a liability release and risk assumption agreement, the use rights will be suspended for 6 months.
6. The applicant must display the joint name or logo of "Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute" and "Taiwan Cinema Tookit" on promotional materials and submit the results of the event (including but not limited to event photos and media) within 15 working days after the event. Exposure and the number of viewers per show). If the information is incomplete or returned late without a reason, the right to use will be suspended until the payment is completed.
7. Unless otherwise agreed, all videos in this project may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, edited, publicly transmitted, or publicly broadcast on television channels.
