TFAI launches regular talks inviting stars and professionals of film, TV, and radio to come share their fascinating stories on and off screen. The talks will surely become precious memories of our era.
1. TFAI Member
This is a TFAI member event. If you are not a member yet, please sign up (an annual fee is charged, see the member section for details) before booking.
●Booking Online: Please select the date and time of the talk, and proceed to the OPENTIX page to finish booking. You will then enjoy priority entry.
2. Film, TV, and Communications Students
To encourage film students to participate, and to facilitate intergenerational dialogue, we reserve 5 seats for the students for each talk. Every student can book a reserved seat once. (To book a second time, students must sign up to become TFAI members, and proceed to the OPENTIX page to finish booking.)
●Online Booking: Please fill in the Google form (5 seats available for each talk) for a chance to enjoy priority entry. TFAI will contact the first 5 bookers a week before the talk. Those who did not book successfully will not be notified.
All talks are free seating.
1. Online Booking
(1) Please present your “OPENTIX e-ticket” or “student card” (limited to personal
use) upon admission.
(2) Please arrive 10 minutes before the talk. If you fail to do so, your online
booking will be canceled, and your seat will be given to those queuing on-site.
To avoid interruption to the talk, TFAI reserves the right to not admit latecomers.
2. Queuing On-site
(1) Please follow the instructions of our on-site staff and queue in line. We will assess the seating situation and admit non-ticket holders 10 minutes before the talk. Admission will be closed once the seats are filled. To avoid interruption to the talk, TFAI reserves the right to not admit latecomers.
(2) Non-ticket holders queuing in line should present their “TFAI membership card”
or “OPENTIX APP membership page” (binding to TFAI membership is required).

●The entire talk will be photographed and filmed. The images are only used by the advisors and organizers of the event for educational and promotional purposes as well as for compiling reports.
●By booking a ticket, you consent to TFAI’s use of your image or likeness incidental to any video display, internet promotion, or press coverage of the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the on-site staff on the day of the talk. Our staff will avoid photographing and filming you.
●The entire talk will be photographed and filmed. The film crew reserves the liberty to position cameras and other equipment. We apologize if the filming activity partially restricts your view.
●Please respect the speakers’ intellectual property and do not film, record or take pictures during the talk.
●To avoid interruption to the talk, please set your phone to vibrate or silent mode.
●The talk will last 1.5 hours without intermission. We suggest you use the toilets before admission, lest you miss any great parts.
●The talk will be conducted in Mandarin.
The entire talk will be photographed and filmed. The advisors and organizers of the event will only use the images for video editing and for educational and promotional purposes, as well as for compiling reports. TFAI will have permanent, gratuitous, and universal use of the participants’ portraits, names, and audio recordings, etc. in all forms of work and media. TFAI will also hold the rights to replicate, adapt, transmit, broadcast, release, exhibit, print and publish the authorized content in its entirety or in parts to the public via all media channels.
