在台語商業電影興起前後，台語也被用於農村宣導與政策傳播。本節目將農宣片《農家好》、《糊塗老二》、《畜牧生產在台灣》與商業電影《飛天三輪車》殘片並置，從美援視聽教育、農業知識的地方轉譯與台語市場之間的關係，追問台語片在何種戰後電影體制中被生產。莊國鈞、賴成英等電影工作者曾在農教製片系統任職，既參與農宣片，也投入後來的商業台語片與國語片，顯示政策影像、公營製片與民營片廠之間，持續存在人員流動與資源共享。台語在此既是市場語言，也是宣傳與治理的媒介。《飛天三輪車》現存一段影像與兩份聲片，原以不同片名標註，經比對後得以套合，將依序以無聲、華語、台語三種聲音狀態接續放映。

Around the rise of commercial Taiyupian, Taiyu as the major dialect in Taiwan was used in rural education and policy communication. Bringing together three agricultural films and a fragment of Flying Pedicab, this program asks what postwar film systems produced Taiyu cinema. Filmmakers such as Chuang Kuo-chun and Lai Cheng-ying moved between agricultural education, public production, and commercial Taiyu and Mandarin films, revealing shared personnel and resources. The fragment will be presented three times: silent, in Mandarin, and in Taiyu.
