《甘露水》是台灣首位現代雕塑家黃土水於1921年創作的大理石裸女像，也是一尊靜默守望的雕像。它靜靜凝視著台灣近百年來的歷史軌跡，從日治時期到白色恐怖的壓抑與掙扎，這件作品映照出一座島嶼的苦難與蛻變，彷彿以無聲之姿，見證著歷史的風霜與人們的堅韌。

歷經三年的拍攝與打磨，《甘露水》記錄了守護石像超過六十載的張氏家族，以及促成作品重見天日的林曼麗教授。導演林君昵與黃邦銓以16毫米底片拍攝，透過底片的物質特性回應大理石的質感與時間感，結合第一手訪談與嚴謹的歷史調查，追尋作品的創作源頭與流轉再現。

Created in 1921 by Taiwan's first modern sculptor, Huang Tu-shui, Water of Immortality is a silent marble guardian that gazes upon a century of history. From colonial aspirations to the struggles of the White Terror, it reflects an island's resilience and transformation. Filmed over three years on 16mm, the directors optimize the texture of film to echo the sensation of marble. Through archival research and interviews, they trace the statue's survival and rebirth, capturing the enduring spirit of Taiwanese art.
