綠星人舉辦一年一次的高峰會，討論要派誰去其他星球考察，唯有地球乏人問津。自19世紀後未再造訪的綠星人，被今日的地球嚇壞了！滿街跑著名為「車」的詭異物體、仍在使用金錢的落後文明……面對種種艱困條件，誰會想去啦！當會議陷入僵局，咪拉舉手自願前往，原來她擁有一半地球人血統，想藉著此次機會，更瞭解關於逝世母親生長的故鄉。但降落在巴黎的她，不但搞不清東西南北，更無視地球人的規則。於是，一場橫衝直撞、大鬧花都的冒險，就此展開。

柯琳瑟沃身兼導演和演員，在片中飾演女主角咪拉。和諧又單純的烏托邦，對比被物質、科技所支配的地球，導演透過外星人的文化衝擊，諷刺人類與環境和彼此之間的疏離關係，對人類福祉提出大哉問。

An annual summit gathers the inhabitants of the Green Planet, a utopian planet, to call out volunteers for planetary scouts. The discussion comes down to the planet with the most unflattering reputation: Earth. No one has gone for 200 years; their impression of Earthlings are primitives who use money and travel in bizarre contraptions called “cars.” Mila breaks the dilemma by volunteering to go to Earth, underestimating the culture shock she is about to experience.
