聽聞哥哥關玉樓猝死，弟弟關小樓起身前往北京調查，循著蛛絲馬跡發現真相另有隱情。原來關玉樓生前因撞見妻子花正芳與國術館長封開山的姦情，引來殺身之禍。封開山聯合他人，在茶樓裡埋伏並將其包圍。即便京劇武生關玉樓武功高強，仍寡不敵眾，最終慘死。得知事件的全貌後，關小樓鎖定目標，即刻展開復仇血路。
