殺手阿和結婚生子後決定洗手不幹，但曾被阿和槍傷的黑幫頭目大飛下令阿火與肥波取他性命；阿泰與阿貓則念及兄弟情，前來保護阿和。五位殺手情深義重，決定合力再接一宗暗殺澳門老大的任務，將賺到的錢留給阿和一家。可惜事與願違，阿和喪命，剩餘四人逃離澳門，在邊境巧遇搶劫走私黃金的陳司警，決定平分金條潛逃大陸。臨行前，阿火卻收到阿和妻兒被要脅的消息，逼使眾人回頭決戰。

After choosing family over bloodshed, a former hitman vanishes into domestic silence. But a former triad boss, once wounded by him, orders his assassination. Bound by brotherhood, some old comrades return to protect him and they take on one final job: assassinate a Macau gang leader and leave the earnings to his family. The plan fails, and the hitman is killed. As the others flee with stolen gold, news of his family being threatened forces them back for a final reckoning.
