A drug trafficker is injured in a car crash and arrested by an anti-narcotics officer fresh from undercover duty. A truck delivering drug materials to him is traced to a major supplier. To escape the death penalty, cooperation is offered, leading to deeper infiltration into a trafficking ring. As betrayals mount, a deadly showdown becomes inevitable.
