The head teacher announces a new school rule: running on the playground is now forbidden. All prefects are tasked to submit three name slips for rule violations. As head prefect, Chan Ching carries out her duties diligently during the day—but by night, she and her grandmother are street vendors expelled by government authorities. The dilemma of discipline begins to bloom in her mind.
