承皓和女友同居生活甜蜜，即將步入禮堂。他在公園撿到紅包袋後，便開始夢到一幢陰森古宅。茵茵有陰陽眼體質，經常看到面目猙獰的恐怖鬼魂，使她不勝其擾。承皓和茵茵這兩條平行線，因神秘女鬼的出現而交會，前世未結的姻緣，今生又該如何一解恩怨？

本片出自類型片導演謝庭菡之手，延請《咒怨》、《七夜怪談》、《鬼水怪談》製片一瀨隆重擔任監製，打造新一代台日合製恐怖片。全片改編自真人真事，除了恐懼特效，更著重鬼魂曾身而為人的情感與執念，並從冥婚、迎娶屍體汲取靈感，創造獨特在地氛圍，引領以本土傳統信仰、鄉野傳說為題材的台產恐怖片風潮。

Cheng-hao and his girlfriend are about to marry. After picking up a red envelope, he dreams of an old house. Yinyin, who can see ghosts, is troubled by terrifying spirits. A female ghost shows up, and they must resolve a past-life entanglement. Produced by Ichise Takashige, known for J-horror classics like Ju-On, Ring, and Dark Water, the film draws from folk rituals like ghost marriages and corpse weddings, creating a unique horror atmosphere that sparked a trend of localized Taiwanese horror films.
