One day, Horton the Elephant stumbles upon a tiny yelp coming from a speck of dust. To his surprise, he discovers that the dust harbors the teeny tiny city of Whoville where its inhabitants, the Whos, live. While carrying around Whoville on a pink clover, Horton makes contact with the city's Mayor. Believing that Horton's random mumbling sets a bad example for the children, Mama Kangaroo is determined to destroy the clover.
