An actress hitchhikes after work and is raped by her driver. She faces public humiliation when she presses charges, and then is found dead on a beach. A female reporter investigates the case but gets gang-raped. Seeking revenge, she vows to torment her attackers. Female director Yang Chia-yun delves into the exploitation genre of rape-revenge fantasy but takes a thrilling turn as the protagonist seeks retribution, reflecting societal unease as women join the workforce during Taiwan's economic boom.
