片名原意「記得星星」，意指「記得我們居住於星叢之中」。

導演曾旅居各國進行創作，在歐洲巡迴途中，感受到恐怖攻擊、宗教衝突、歧視騷亂等現實矛盾造成的不安氛圍，發現原應連結人際情感的歷史、言語、信仰、種族及性別等分類，在今日世界中竟反而造成分裂與傷害。據此，導演嘗試將所有分類從影像與現實中抽離，迴返最原始的記憶與心像，利用高畫質攝影機攫取水、雪、葉、煙等人類和自然共通的意象，透過疊影曝光揮發出幽深抽象的視覺效果。在極富節奏的聲響催化下，聲景光影產生寰宇共振的識覺，堆砌出星河浩瀚的冥幻感知。

Director Makino aims to detach all classifications from both images and reality, returning to primal memories and imaginations. Using high-definition cameras, he gazes at water, snow, leaves, and smoke, universal symbols. Through layered exposure, he creates distant abstract visual effects. Coupled with rhythmic soundscapes, the film catalyzes a cosmic resonance, constructing a dreamlike perception akin to a vast galaxy of stars.
