When mobster Roxy Robinson got "splurged" in the dark alley by a rival gang, it meant that war had started between mob boss Fat Sam and Dandy Dan. Amidst the tension around New York City, carefree mobster Bugsy Malone meets pretty face Blousey Brown trying to get a job as a singer. They grow fond of each other, Bugsy promises to take Blousey to Hollywood, but finds himself caught in the middle of a mob war.
