日本青年Tokio獨自來到香港，企圖在食色之間找出人生的真諦。他偶然遇上中學生慧，倆人產生了一段真摯的情誼，並發現自己其實有更多希望瞭解的事物。慧的父母帶著其家人移居加拿大，只留下慧與祖母同住，在三人的相處中，Tokio感受到了來自於長輩對於故土的理解與想法，也引起了他的鄉愁。
　

A Japanese tourist, Tokio, comes to Hong Kong looking for good cuisine. He does all that the tourist is expected to do, but is disappointed with the food so far. By chance, he meets 15-year-old Pui Wai,who is left behind with her grandmother in Hong Kong while their family emigrates to Canada.
