二、論壇主題:
本論壇將從館舍任務、影像修復實務,到探討影像典藏的挑戰與影像近用的多元應用,以「記憶返航:流動中的影像典藏」為概念,嘗試思考典藏不僅為保存過去的容器,更是生長於當代、啟動未來想像的有機體。從記憶返航之路凝視未來之所趨,重新定義視聽典藏與社會、文化、藝術之關係。

五、報名方式:
本活動採線上報名,報名時間自即日起至 2025 年 11 月 5 日 (三) 截止,於 11 月 6 日 (四) 以後報名者將列入候補名單。
本活動分為三個場次:11/13 (四) 上午場、11/13 (四) 下午場及 11/14 (五) 下午場,請於報名頁面勾選兩日全程參與,或單獨選擇 1~2 個場次。每場次將於前30分鐘開放報到。
本次活動為實體活動,由於席次有限,採取報名審核制,本中心將依報名資料的完整性及專業相關程度審核資格,敬請詳實填寫完整的個人資料。
本中心預計於 11 月 7 日 (五) 將審核結果以電子郵件通知報名者。為確保自身權益,請填寫正確的電子郵件信箱,並於活動前收信確認審核結果。
由於 11 月 13 日(四)晚間「從膠片典藏到影像近用」電影放映與議程內容相關,不開放單獨報名,請參與論壇者憑活動通行證入場。
為尊重所有參與人員,審核通過之報名者如因故無法參加活動,請儘早以電子郵件(edu@tfai.org.tw)或電話(02-8522-8000)告知,本中心將另通知備取人員遞補。活動當日得視情況開放現場候補。
TFAI 影視聽中心保有隨時修改及終止本活動之權利,如有任何變更內容或詳細注意事項將公布於活動網頁,實際活動議程請依網頁最終公告為準。

大會主要語言:中文及英文。現場提供 AI 即時翻譯(含語音及字幕),如有需求者,敬請自備手機及耳機。

與會者用餐敬請自理,影廳內不開放飲食(飲用水除外)。本中心備有茶水,為響應環保,請與會者自備水杯。
本活動無提供免費停車。本中心 B1 為收費停車場,車位有限,如車位已滿,敬請利用週邊其他停車場。收費標準如下:
汽車/大型重型機車:
平日:15元/30分,當日收費最高上限120元 (隔日另計)
例假日:25元/30分,當日收費最高上限200元 (隔日另計)
一般機車:20元/次 (不分平假日)
論壇期間將有影像紀錄,素材將會作為本中心官方媒體使用(例如:TFAI 官網、facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn...等)與會者視同同意肖像之使用,如不同意請隨時通知本中心。
2025 TFAI International Forum - Future to the Back: Archives in Motion

2. About the Theme:
The Forum will explore a wide range of topics—from the missions of film institutions and the practices of film restoration to the challenges of audiovisual archiving and the diverse applications of open access. Under the concept of “Future to the Back: Archives in Motion,” it seeks to examine archives not merely as containers preserving the past, but as living organisms that grow within the present and inspire visions of the future. Through this journey of “memory returning,” the Forum aims to reflect on the direction of the future and to redefine the relationship between audiovisual archives and society, culture, and art.

5. Registration:
This event adopts online registration. The registration period is open from now until Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Registrations submitted after Thursday, November 6 will be placed on the waiting list.
This event consists of three sessions: the morning session on Thursday, November 13, the afternoon session on Thursday, November 13, and the afternoon session on Friday, November 14. On the registration page, please select whether you will attend then full two-day program or one to two individual sessions. Check-in will open 30 minutes before each session.
This event will be held in person. Due to limited seating,participation is subject to review and approval. Applications will be evaluated based on the completeness of the submitted information and its professional relevance. Please ensure that all personal details are filled in accurately and completely.
Accepted participants will receive an email confirmation by Friday, November 7, 2025. To secure your participation, please provide a valid email address and check for confirmation prior to the event.
As the evening screening on Thursday, November 13 — “From Archival Film to Open Access” — is closely related to the Forum program, separate registration for the screening will not be available. Admission is limited to Forum pass holders only.
If you are unable to attend after receiving confirmation, please notify us as early as possible via email (edu@tfai.org.tw) or phone (+886-2-8522-8000) so that your spot can be reassigned to another participant. On-site registration may be available on the event day, depending on seat availability.

Languages: The Forum will be conducted in Chinese and English, with AI-assisted simultaneous interpretation (audio and subtitles) available on-site. Please bring your own smartphone and earphones if you wish to use the interpretation service.
